Actiphy Rapid Deploy Basic License Rule
Actiphy Rapid Deploy
The licensed company is allowed to perform deployment of the source image for the number of times of the purchased licenses (100 times per 100 licenses).
- Only the company who purchased the license is allowed to create source images for an unlimited number of times.
- Whether a source Image is deployed to client PCs via a Network or by using Deploy USB, 1 license is consumed for one deployment to one target client PC.
By subscribing to the Support Service from the following fiscal year onward, licenses consumed during the previous period will be automatically replenished around September each year, starting from the year following the initial license purchase.
For example, if 100 licenses were purchased and 70 licenses have been consumed, an additional 70 licenses will be automatically replenished. These additional licenses can be used for purposes such as redeployment required due to Windows updates on PCs covered by the license.

Actiphy Rapid Deploy Plus
Actiphy Rapid Deploy Plus provides two license types. In addition to the license for deployment, the licensed company can create Restore media embedded with a source image.
This allows personal computers to be shipped with an easy-to-use recovery tool (Restore USB media), enabling end-users to restore their PCs to factory settings with a single click.
Only SI vendors who has shipping address list are entitled to purchase Actiphy Rapid Deploy Plus. For more details of the range of licensed right, please refer to the following.
- Deployment of the created source image (100 licenses are required for 100 deployments of the created source image)
- * Only the owner of the license is allowed to create a source image for unlimited number of times.
- * Whether a source image is deployed to client PCs via a Network or by using Deploy USB, 1 license is consumed for one deployment to one target client PC.
- Create Restore media to be shipped with personal computers.
- * The licensed company is not allowed to use the Restore media.
- With Actiphy Rapid Deploy™ Plus, the end users of the PCs shipped by the licensed SI vendor can use the Restore media attached and shipped with the PCs, enabling the end-users to restore the PCs shipped by the licensed SI vendor to factory settings with a single click for unlimited number of times.
- * With the Restore media, the users are not allowed to create a source image.
